Sage Network synchronization

This section describes how you can check certain synchronization statuses of documents and tasks with Sage Network. The status exchange depends on the configuration with Sage Connect:

  • If you manage statuses in Sage Connect, the statuses from Sage Connect are synchronized with Sage X3.
  • If you manage statuses in Sage X3, only the Sent status is synchronized with Sage Network.

Document status

Open: Declarations > Sage Network > Synchronization > Document status

Get document status (EINVSTAGET)

Use this function to get invoice statuses with Sage Network, either for a specific company or legislation.

You can set up a batch task using the EINVSTAGET - Sync status task code.

Query document status (EINVSTA)

Use this function to view all inbound and outbound exchanges with Sage Network. With a wide range of selection criteria, you can refine the list according to specific needs such as filtering by customer or supplier invoice statuses or by date range. You can also consult the history of status changes for a specific invoice.

Monitor tasks

Open: Declarations > Sage Network > Synchronization > Monitoring

Get synchronization tasks (SNGETSYNCID)

This function collects information on all synchronization tasks sent to Sage Network for a given company or legislation, starting from a specified task creation date and time. The collected data is stored in dedicated tables and can be viewed using the status consultation function.

You can run a batch task using the SNGETSYN - Get sync ID task code.

Query synchronization tasks (EINVSYNCGEN)
